Common questions
How many searches do I get?
A free account runs 15 searches every 7 days. Premium runs 35. The allowance rolls rather than resetting on a set day — each search frees up again exactly seven days after you ran it. Paging through results, refreshing, or going back to a search you’ve already run never costs you another one.
What counts as a search?
A new set of criteria. Changing your filters or typing a new description is a search; browsing the results you got back, opening a car, or returning to that same search later is free.
Can I get email alerts?
Yes. A free account can run one alert, swept once a week. Premium runs up to five, swept every three days. We only email you when something new has actually appeared — no new cars, no email.
Do alerts use up my searches?
Each sweep counts as one search from your allowance, because it really does go and look at the market for you. Your alerts always run, though — if you’re out of searches, the alert still arrives, and it’s your next manual search that waits.
How many searches can I save?
As many as you like, on any account. A saved search costs nothing until you run it; running it counts against your allowance like any other search.
How do I pay, and is my card safe?
Payment runs entirely on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. Autosweep never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from “Manage subscription” in your account menu, which opens the Stripe billing portal — you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
