These terms are a contract between you and AutoSweep Ltd (“AutoSweep”, “we”, “us”). By using AutoSweep you agree to them. AutoSweep is currently a beta release.
AutoSweep is a car-search aggregator: we bring together publicly listed used cars from across the UK market and rank them to help you find good value. As a beta release, features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and the service is provided on an “as is” basis. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see “Your consumer rights” below).
Listings are aggregated from third-party marketplaces and dealers. We don’t own the cars, set the prices, or vouch for any seller. Details (mileage, history, condition, price) can be wrong or out of date at the source — always verify a vehicle and its history yourself before buying. Any purchase is between you and the seller.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t abuse the service — no scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to bypass limits or paywalls.
Premium costs £5/month, billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from “Manage subscription” in your account menu, and you’ll keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices or included features. If we do, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.
As a consumer buying a digital subscription online, you normally have 14 days to cancel for a refund. Because Premium gives you immediate access, by subscribing you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once the subscription period begins. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection law, including that our service is provided with reasonable care and skill.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from listing inaccuracies, a purchase you make, or service downtime. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
The AutoSweep name, logo, website, software and the way we present and rank listings belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use only; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or where we reasonably need to for legal or security reasons. Where practical we’ll tell you first. You can close your account at any time from your account menu.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we’ll update this page and the date above, and where appropriate notify you by email. Continuing to use AutoSweep after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer, you may also rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Questions or complaints? Contact us at info@autosweep.co.uk.
